Our credit union and its' affiliate the Green Bay Credit Union Center is committed to making available financial products and services that will enable our members to meet their financial needs. Protecting personal information and using that information to enhance the offerings available to the members is a high priority for everyone associated with our credit union. The Green Bay Credit Union Center handles all of the business of Green Bay Central Credit Union that would normally be handled by employees of a credit union.

Nonpublic Personal Information We Obtain About You
We obtain from the following sources only the personal information necessary to conduct business:

• Information we receive from you on applications and other forms
• Information about your transactions with us or others
• Information we receive from a credit reporting agency
• Information obtained when verifying the information you provide on an application or other forms. This may be obtained from your current or past employers, or from other institutions where you conduct financial transactions.

Disclosure of Nonpublic Personal Information
We may disclose all of the information we obtain, as described above. We may disclose your nonpublic personal information:

• To companies that perform marketing or other services on our behalf.
• To other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.
• To our affiliate the Green Bay Credit Union Center.
• To other non-affiliated 3rd parties as permitted by law.

To protect our members' privacy, we only work with companies that agree to maintain strong confidentiality protections and limit the use of information we provide. We do not permit these companies to sell to other third parties the information we provide to them.

Disclosure of Information About Former Members
If you decide to terminate your membership or become an inactive member, we will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice.

Fair Credit Reporting Act Disclosure
As affiliates, Green Bay Central Credit Union and the Green Bay Credit Union Center are permitted by law to share any information about their transactions or experiences with you. Information taken from credit reports may also be exchanged but will not be shared if you call us at 920-436-7744 or notify us in writing at 505 Clinton Street, Green Bay, Wi. 54303.

How We Protect Your Information
We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with government regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you

What Members Can Do To Help
Your credit union is committed to protecting the privacy of its members. Members can help by following these simple guidelines:

• Protect your account numbers, card numbers, PIN's (personal identification numbers) and passwords. Never keep your PIN with your card. This would provide easy access to your accounts if your card is lost or stolen.
• Use caution when disclosing your account numbers, social security numbers, etc. to other persons. If someone calls you, explains the call is on behalf of the credit union and asks for your account number, you should beware. Official credit union staff will have access to your information and will not need to ask for it.
• Keep your information with us current. It is important that we have current information on how to reach you. If we detect potentially fraudulent or unauthorized activity or use of an account, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If your address or phone number changes, please let us know.
